A: Yes. You will have a 1 year warranty, or an extended warranty at additional cost, with parts and labor included.
Q: Do I need a home phone to monitor my alarm system?
A: No, we can monitor your alarm via phone line but we have many options available that does not require a home phone line.
Q: Can I control my alarm system from my cell phone?
A: Yes, you can text and receive commands and alerts through your phone that communicate with your alarm system.
Q: Where can I pick up a new sign or stickers?
A: If your sign or stickers becomes faded or damaged, please feel free to stop by our office and replace them.
Q: Do I need to notify you if I change phone or IP service providers?
